Information

Commonwood Fishery is a “water for everyone” venue.

Aran lake is a traditional Tench fishing lake. The water contains some good tench to 7lb as well as a few carp and coarse fish. It is a natural pool so if fishing between weeds and fallen trees is what you like then this is the lake for you. Aran has one purpose-built double peg.

On arrival, you will find a large car park, our Lodge Café and on-site Commonwood Tackle Shop.

The lodge is open 8 am – 5 pm every day offers a great social area for anglers to relax combined with a pleasant café serving hot and cold drinks and snacks. Free wi-fi is also available in the Café. Our tackle shop has a great range of tackle, bait and gear from many of the major brands.
